What the hell! Only 15 years for killing a child?

Hopefully someone in prison will give her a death sentence.

Send her to Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s jail. He will put her in a tent and feed her sandwiches for 15 years.

The child was born with problems because of prenatal drug use, child protective services was at the house 5 times because of complaints of neglect, CPS did nothing! How about some charges against them for comtributing to the abuse of a child?
