Gwinnett County – If all goes well Friday, Randy DeCarlo will have a howling welcome home from more than two dozen of his furry, four-legged friends. Then again, he may wind up with a 12-year prison sentence and $24,000 in fines. A Gwinnett County Recorder’s Court judge will hear arguments Friday morning about how many of the 25 beagles and basset hounds can be kept in DeCarlo’s home in Lilburn. The judge also will decide whether the hound rescuer ought to be punished for what Gwinnett County Animal Control officers call nuisance barking. DeCarlo faces 24 citations for violating the noise ordinance. More… Magazine LaneDiscount Cigarettes & TobaccoNutty News MarketplaceNational Jean Company

It is the utter lack of common sense from f-tards like this that people go and do HOA’s. I actually hope the retard gets toss in the pokey. He obviously does not give a rats behind that he has neighbors and that the dogs are obnoxiously loud. Three neighbors, not just one, so it isn’t like this is one persons vendetta.

If he were in the country or if he had a sound proofed kennel, or if even followed the state license restrictions that he has it would be completely moot, but no, he has to go and disregard common sense and push an obvious problem to an even bigger problem. So toss his ass in jail cause he will not change.

You wont change either, so let’s just toss your ass in jail Ankaharan, solves everyones problem and lives up to your doctrine.

    I second that.

Ahh, look, isn’t that sweet, my fans have arrived.

If you see fans, then your vision is just as misconstrued as your doctrine.

I have owned Basset Hounds, and an uncle had Beagles. I loved my Bassets dearly, but they are pack animals. If you get one started barking or howling they all join in. I don’t know if they believe they are in a choir or they are just trying to out do each other. It does cause an extreme noise that can last for a long time. I understand the neighbors being upset with the noise. Hell it bothered me at times once they started. If you are going to have 25 of the very vocal little darlings you should consider living OUT in the country. I am not against dogs (I have a BIG English Mastiff now), but I do try and be considerate of my neighbors.

That guy was trying to do something nice for animals. His neighbors are not good people for calling the police on the barking dogs.

How would people like it if I called the police on them because their stupid children for screaming all the time?

If you are going to have that many dogs, it only makes sense that you live out in a country type setting, or at least a good distance from others. Kennels can be very noisy and have no business in a residential neighborhood.

I hope he goes to jail as well.

ankhram, the way things are now, there are only two things you could do to look more intelligent.

    1) Stop posting
    2) …

Nevermind, I guess the only smart thing you could do is really stop posting. Although learning spelling, grammar and punctuation would go a long way towards making your posts palletable.
