Michigan – There’s something a bit different at the Miracle of Life Exhibit this year at the Michigan State Fair: Live spaying and neutering. In an effort to control the pet population and educate the public on the benefits of spaying and neutering, live surgeries will be performed in a mobile surgical unit called the ‘Healthy Pet Surgical Suite.’ Veterinarians will spay and neuter adoptable cats and dogs from the Michigan Humane Society, while the crowd views the procedure through a large window into the surgical tent. They can also view it close up on two television monitors. More… Magazine LaneDiscount Cigarettes & TobaccoNutty News MarketplaceSuper Warehouse

Love the title, once they are dead no need to neuter.

It does say adoptable cats and dogs. I would assume that does mean they are still alive.

Seems a rather strange fair attraction to me though.
