Man Passes Gas – Charged with Battery on Officer

SOUTH CHARLESTON, West Virginia – As if getting a DUI wasn’t enough, a man arrested for driving under the influence got in a lot more trouble at the police station. Police stopped Jose Cruz on Route 60 in South Charleston Monday night for driving with his headlights off.
Then, he failed sobriety tests and was arrested.

    thats awesome .. the cop just got mad so he added another charge “battery”… what kind of bullshit charge is that!
    Next time you pass gas, make sure no cops are arround, you may end up going to jail

    Hurl… nasty bean gas. I would have tasered him. Knocks the gas right out of you, and sometimes clears up any constipation you may have. Mugshot with a extra load… that’ll wipe the smirk off his face.

    Just read where they dropped the battery charge for “breaking wind” and fanning it at the police. Guess the air in the room cleared up finally.
