UK – George Bates, 23, said he found the operator at Abbey’s call centre to be “rude and arrogant” and gave him a low rating in a post-call customer satisfaction survey. However, when the self-employed carpenter later rang the bank he was unable to access his account for “security reasons”.

    That employee should be fired & have charges pressed against him. He acted like a baby throwing a temper tantrum b/c he couldn't handle the fact that someone thought negatively of him… grow up & be professional when it comes to your job!

    When you outsource your jobs you get.

    1.) No jobs for your countrymen
    2.) Financial ruin for your country
    3.) No recourse for infractions
    4.) No respect for your privacy

    ALL of the above happened to the US because the capitalists refused to give their own countrymen jobs, and gave them to a country that wants to blow them off the map.

    When I call AT&T I always get someone in India and they can't speak english very well,hard to communicate with someone that doesn't speak your language,I guess Obama will want us to learn their language too.

    i think the majority of the call centers for support are in india … if you get an indian agent you cant understand just ask for someone who speaks english .. you get the manager hopefully the manager cares enough about his job to do it right

    How the hell can a bank outsource to India and give them access to everyones bank accounts? That is just unbelievably stupid.
