You guys are so sad. How can you jump to conclusions about the intelligence of a parking meter person without knowing the facts. The car was tinted to an illegal level, and even the person who called authorities about a suspicious car was unsure if there was a person inside or not.
It is a terrible story and please have some sympathy for the victim and his family.
