ALTAMONTE SPRINGS – 48-year-old Jard Koompone was arrested in the parking lot of the Burlington Coat Factory, 130 E. Altamonte Drive, after he was spotted stealing hubcaps from a vehicle, Officer Timothy M. Hyer said. He faces a charge of vehicle burglary, Hyer said.When officers were allowed to search Koompone’s Apopka home, they found 105 hubcaps there.
