Cops pay bill of couple who refused to sit next to them

billHomestead, Pennsylvania  Four Pennsylvania police officers showed their true colors when a couple refused to sit next to them in a local restaurant – in the wake of the racially-charged police shootings in Dallas, Louisiana and Minnesota.

The good-natured officers, who were having dinner at their favorite spot — Eat n’ Park in Homestead, PA – paid the couple’s bill and left a $10 tip to show they were not offended.

“Showing that just because you don’t like somebody doesn’t mean you can’t be kind to them,” one of the four officers, Homestead Police Sgt. John Kaschauer, told CBS News.

Kaschauer and his three fellow cops were sitting in a booth waiting for their food orders last Friday night when the not-so-pleasant couple walked inside the restaurant.  More

    I wonder what number the unpleasant couple dials when TSHTF and who they expect will respond to their calls for help?
