A bicyclist flew into a rage after a woman who was listening to music on her cell phone, nearly walked into him, according to police in Japan.

Tokyo police said that they have arrested 55-year-old Shoichi Nagai, after being accused of assaulting a woman who almost walked into his bicycle.

Nagai is facing a charge of assault.  More
