Boy injured after shooting himself with starter gun

Utah - A 14-year-old boy accidently shot himself with a track and field starter gun in St. George on Tuesday, police said. The teen was at a self-storage facility with his stepfather early Tuesday evening when he found the gun, said St. George police Sgt. Doug Sargent.

HALMSTED, Sweden - Police say a blow-up doll left by men after a stag party triggered a bomb scare in Halmstad, Sweden.

FANNIE BAY, Australia - An Australian woman says she hated snakes even before she found 14 young carpet pythons in her bedroom.
