When the cops stop a drunk driver the drunk has always only had two beers, when a car is being repo’d the car owner always have just made the payment and now when you get foreclosed on “the payment was just made”. In this case I believe it was a little too late. A homeowner should be aware that before an forcible eviction is acted on there is tons of notifications send out. How far was she in arrears, how much correspondence did she have from lenders, how much time did she have to get packed and clear out, did she ignore the notices…..etc. And just so you know i dont like B of A one bit.
