Driver charged with DUI – A school bus driver

burdenIllinois – About 50 children from Lion’s Park Elementary School in Mount Prospect were aboard the bus. Betty Burden, 54, was arrested. She was charged with aggravated DUI.  She registered a .226 blood-alcohol concentration. If convicted, Burden could face from one to three years in prison.  Full Article

    Only one to three years? She endangered the lives of 50 kids on her bus alone. That does not include the damage she could have caused to other people on the road. This woman needs to be sent to prison for the very least 20 years without parole. She was not just tipsy. She was shitfaced. A .226 on the breath-o-meter! Unbelievable.

    you say that does not include the damages she “could” have caused

    have you ever been arrested for something you could have done. you could have blown up the gas station when you pumped gas, you should be in jail according to your logic
